Event Code of Conduct
Introduction
The International Forum on Digital Currency and Consumer Rights (“the Forum”) is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.
All attendees, including speakers, delegates, organisers, and partners, are expected to adhere to this Code of Conduct throughout all Forum-related activities, including pre-event engagements and official sessions.
Expected Behaviour
Participants are expected to:
- Engage in discussions in a respectful, constructive, and professional manner
- Contribute to an open and inclusive policy dialogue
- Respect diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and expertise
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Follow instructions from event organisers and staff
Unexpected Behaviour
The following behaviours will not be tolerated:
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
- Disruptive behaviour that interferes with sessions or discussions
- Offensive language or personal attacks
- Any form of political campaigning or promotion of partisan interests
- Unauthorized recording or distribution of confidential discussions
Confidentiality & Integrity
Participants are expected to:
- Respect the confidentiality of closed-door discussions where applicable
- Use information shared during the Forum responsibly
- Avoid misrepresentation of discussions, participants, or outcomes
Enforcement
The organisers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct, including:
- Warning the participant
- Removal from sessions
- Revocation of participation without refund (if applicable)
